Everything went great! Bridgette was outstanding!!! She arrived on time and ready to jump into action.  She needed no direction and got food and set up going right away.  All night she kept the food moving and cleaned up as she went along but we barely knew she was there because she was so quick.  She was very polite and considerate to us, our children, and all our guests!! I wanted to write to let you know how happy I was with the service. I originally planned on leaving detailed instructions for the servers while we had formal pictures taken, but I just ran out of time during the day. The servers arrived to a hall filled with boxes of rentals and supplies. I gave very minimal and distracted instructions for set-up over the phone. I expected Liza would have to call back with more questions, but we were able to get all our pictures done without any interruptions. When we arrived at the reception hall an hour and a half later, not only was everything set up, but it was BEAUTIFUL! I hadn't mentioned anything about decorating the bar or buffet tables; they did it all on their own. I didn't worry about a thing during the whole reception, because everything was taken care of.  The team was professional, efficient and friendly.
